Somatics & Embodiment
Awaken through your body : movement, breath, somatic intelligence & non-dual wisdom
Dear Human,
Welcome — I’m Diana, a multicultural, trauma-informed somatic guide and retreat host devoted to the liberation of the soul through the wisdom of the body. Now living in Corfu, my path weaves the deep of Somatic Experiencing®, Embodied Flow™, Body-Mind Centering®, Anatomy of Awakening®, Somatic Yin®, and the living current of Non-Dual Kashmiri Shaivism.
My work is a living tapestry of somatic movement, breathwork, and embodied non-dual philosophy, rooted in nervous system regulation, soul remembrance, and the joyful reclamation of self.
Through mentorship, ceremony, and playful somatic exploration, I invite you to return to the innate intelligence of your body — a path of transformation, aliveness, and radical freedom.
About Me
The Core Teachings
What is Soma?
Soma refers to the living body as experienced from within — your felt sense, sensations, emotions, and inner awareness. It is your body as a whole: cells, organs, fluids, but also energy and emotional body. In Somatics, we see the body as a unified brain-body, an integrated system, rather than an object. Soma is you in your wholeness.
What is Somatics?
Somatics is a holistic approach that explores the body from the inside out. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, somatic practices support nervous system regulation, healing, and self-discovery. Rather than treating the body as an object to fix, somatics invites you into a living relationship with your body’s innate intelligence.
What is Embodiment?
Embodiment is the ongoing process of fully inhabiting your body and living from your felt experience. It is the integration of body, mind, emotions, and energy into everyday life — allowing presence, authenticity, and aliveness to guide how you move, relate, and express yourself in the world. It is about how you embody your true Self.
