Diana’s life has been shaped by movement — across lands, cultures, and inner landscapes.

Having lived in more than six countries and grown up between Greece and Barcelona, her early years were infused with a sense of curiosity, adaptability, and belonging everywhere and nowhere at once.

She later moved to London, where she began her career as a documentary film producer, creating award-winning films for the Discovery Channel, the BBC, National Geographic, and Netflix. This chapter took her to over 55 countries, immersing her in stories of humanity, culture, and the natural world — while also drawing her into a fast-paced life of constant travel and creation. Along the way, she lived and learned with Indigenous communities, including time spent embedded with the Shipibo lineage in the Amazon, studying plant dietas and shamanic healing traditions.

Diana eventually relocated to Los Angeles, where she launched her startup, Mustard — a platform supporting local food content creators. While raising investment and approaching her thirties, she experienced a major burnout that became a wake-up call and a breaking point. This moment led her to explore somatic healing through breathwork, movement, and nervous system regulation. She began hosting breath and movement circles, expanding into embodiment, pranayama, and non-dual inquiry — creating spaces that invite people back into their bodies and lived experience. By healing and rebuilding herself piece by piece,

After the collective pause of COVID, the pace of overproduction and constant scaling outward no longer felt aligned. Diana chose to return to her roots — to the earth, simplicity, and a slower rhythm of life. She moved to Corfu and made her home at the edge of the island, overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Here, life softened and deepened. Living with the elements, seasons, and cycles, her path turned inward — from overstimulation to presence, from scaling up to scaling down. This transition was supported by years of study with leading teachers in somatics, embodiment, and non-dual wisdom, including Peter Levine, Irene Lyon, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Tara Judelle, Christopher “Hareesh” Wallis, and Sally Kempton.

Today, Diana’s work is rooted in the understanding that our bodies are not separate from nature, but extensions of it. Through somatic practices, movement, breath, and relational presence, she guides others toward embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and a lived sense of belonging — to the body, the earth, and the unfolding moment. Now, she is busy building a community of like-minded souls in Corfu, creating spaces where bodies and minds can feel liberated and seen.

Rooted in the body.

Guided by nature.
